この文書は、Pinzu（以下「当方」）が提供する SORYNO シリーズ（無料版・Pro 版を含みます。以下「本ソフトウェア」）を、お客様にお使いいただくための条件です。
要点だけ先に。お使いのパソコンの台数に制限はありません。作った音楽を販売しても構いません。ライセンス認証はなく、オフラインでも動きます。お願いしたいのは、本ソフトウェア自体を再配布・転売しないことだけです。
1. この条件への同意
本ソフトウェアをダウンロード、導入、または使用された時点で、この条件に同意いただいたものとします。同意いただけない場合は、使用を中止し、削除してください。
2. できること
- 台数の制限はありません。お客様ご自身が使う範囲であれば、複数のパソコンに導入していただけます
- 商用利用できます。本ソフトウェアを使って制作した音楽の販売・配信・受注制作に、追加の料金や許諾は必要ありません
- ライセンス認証はありません。オフラインのままお使いいただけます
- アップデートは追加費用なしでご利用いただけます
- 制作物のクレジットに SORYNO の名前を入れる義務はありません（入れていただけるのは歓迎します）
3. してはいけないこと
- 本ソフトウェアの再配布・転売・貸与（無料版を含みます）
- 本ソフトウェアの改変・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル（法令で認められる範囲を除きます）
- 本ソフトウェアを他の製品の一部として組み込んで配布すること
- 当方の名称・ロゴを、当方の製品であるかのように用いること
★ 無料版は、リンクを紹介していただくのは大歓迎です。ファイルそのものではなく、配布ページ（BOOTH）をご案内ください。そのほうが、お使いの方に最新版が届きます。
4. 保証と、責任の範囲
本ソフトウェアは、現状のまま提供します。特定の目的への適合性や、すべての環境での動作を保証するものではありません。
ただし、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除きという限定のもとで、責任の範囲を次のとおりとさせていただきます。
- Pro 版（有料） … 当方が負担する損害賠償の額は、お客様がお支払いになった購入代金を上限とします
- 無料版 … 当方が賠償する損害は、通常生じうる直接の損害に限られます。特別の事情による損害、逸失利益、データの損失は含みません
★ 当方の故意または重大な過失による場合は、この制限は適用されません。消費者契約法 第8条により、そのような免除は無効とされているためです。
★ 制作中のデータは、こまめに保存し、バックアップをお取りください。これは本ソフトウェアに限らず、音楽制作全般でお願いしたいことです。
5. アップデートとサポート
- アップデートは追加費用なしでご利用いただけます。ただし、提供の時期や内容をお約束するものではありません
- お問い合わせは pinz.works.mail@gmail.com または BOOTH のメッセージへ。個人で運営しているため、お返事に数日いただくことがあります
- いただいたご意見は、次のアップデートの判断材料にさせていただきます
- やむを得ず提供を終える場合があります。その場合も、すでにお手元にあるものは引き続きお使いいただけます（当方のサーバに依存する仕組みはありません）
6. 返品・返金
ダウンロード商品の性質上、ご購入後の返品・返金はお受けできません。商品に欠陥がある場合はこの限りではありません。詳しくは 特定商取引法に基づく表記 をご覧ください。
★ ご購入の前に、無料版でお試しいただけます。操作の感触と、お使いの DAW で動くことを確かめてからご検討ください。

8. この条件の変更
この条件は変更することがあります。変更した場合は、このページに改定日を記して掲載します。
9. 準拠法
この条件は日本法に基づいて解釈されます。紛争が生じた場合は、法令に従って定まる裁判所を管轄裁判所とします。

These are the terms on which Pinzu ("we") makes the SORYNO plug-ins available to you. They cover both the free and the Pro editions ("the software").
The short version. There is no limit on the number of machines. You may sell the music you make with it. There is no licence activation, and it runs offline. All we ask is that you do not redistribute or resell the software itself.
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using the software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it and remove it.
2. What you may do
- No limit on machines. You may install it on as many computers as you use yourself
- Commercial use is allowed. No extra fee or permission is needed to sell, stream or deliver music made with the software
- No licence activation. It runs offline
- Updates are provided at no additional cost
- You are not required to credit SORYNO in your work, though we are glad when you do
3. What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell or lend the software, including the free editions
- Modify, decompile or disassemble the software, except where the law permits
- Include the software as part of another product you distribute
- Use our name or logo in a way that suggests your product is ours
Sharing a link is very welcome. Please point people at the download page rather than the file itself, so that they receive the current version.
4. Warranty and limits on liability
The software is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is fit for a particular purpose, or that it will run in every environment.
Subject to the exception below, our liability is limited as follows.
- Pro editions (paid) — our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product
- Free editions — our liability is limited to ordinary direct loss, and does not extend to consequential loss, lost profit or lost data
These limits do not apply where the loss is caused by our intent or gross negligence. Article 8 of the Japanese Consumer Contract Act makes such exclusions void.
Please save and back up your work regularly. That is good practice with any plug-in, not only ours.
5. Updates and support
- Updates are provided at no additional cost, but we make no promise as to when or what they will contain
- Support is by email at pinz.works.mail@gmail.com or through BOOTH messages. This is a one-person operation, so a reply may take a few days
- What you tell us feeds into the next update
- If we have to stop providing the software, what you already have keeps working. Nothing depends on a server of ours
6. Refunds
Because these are download products, we cannot accept returns or give refunds after purchase. This does not apply where the product is defective. See the legal notice for details.
You can try the free edition before buying. We recommend checking that it runs in your DAW first.

8. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If we do, we will post them here with a revision date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute will be heard by the court determined under the applicable law.
